HOW DO I BOOK?
In the Catalogue and on the CLÉVACANCES 91 web site you will find full contact details for accommodation owners so that you can book directly with them. Simply write to them or telephone them.
For bookings with the Tourisme Essonne reservations department, just click on the word “Reservation” which you will find with the description of the accommodation.

WHAT PAPERWORK DO I REQUIRE?
Two copies of a CLÉVACANCES contract with be sent to you and both copies must be signed by the proprietor or manager and by yourself as tenant. Be sure you keep a copy for yourself, because in event of a dispute or litigation you will be asked to produce it. You will at the same time receive a description of the state and contents of the accommodation.

WHAT MUST I CHECK ON ARRIVAL?
The CLÉVACANCES accommodation you have reserved must correspond to the description you have been sent. A plaque by the door will confirm that this is indeed CLÉVACANCES accommodation, and a certificate giving the category must also be displayed inside the accommodation. This certificate will include the accommodation’s reference number
